A little more about us Founder and owner, Shirley Kautman-Jones, began the company in 1980 as a small basement operation. A natural in the kitchen, she'd share recipes and spice blends with her coworkers to help them create easy, delicious meals. Her spice recipes and blends were an instant hit. Recognizing that people were searching for ways to make simple gourmet meals at home, she began to sell her spice blends at local markets. Since the 1980s, Country Home Creations has grown into an industry leader that is constantly working to make gourmet meals fun and easy for the everyday home cook. Keeping our commitment to quality, we still handcraft our mixes and hand-select the highest quality ingredients possible, from herbs and spices to fruits and vegetables.
